We're collecting some information, ip addresses, referrer, and other 'stuff' that's in the standard web server logs. We're going to keep them around for a while. We may find some bits interesting. We don't think anyone else wants them, but if someone (the law) makes a convincing case, we'll probably hand them over.
We're collecting other information that is going to be communicated to anyone who asks. Things like due date, birthdays, and whatever you put in as text on a ticker.
We're running advertising on the site. Google probably knows far more about you than we ever will, and they know you just viewed this.
We can't get to your password. We can probably reset it.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of tickers and hits per ticker, but probably only in extreme cases where it's impacting other service.
When you put one of our tickers in a page, enclose it in a link to http://tickerable.com.
Don't use the component images (backgrounds and sliders) without our express written consent. (Our consent, not Major League Baseball's.) They are under copyright and part of the distinctive feel of this site.
Be good, spread good karma. It never hurts. And it can really confuse people sometimes.
